🔍 About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and dynamic General Manager to oversee multiple outlets within our beauty brand. This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, financial performance, team leadership, and customer experience across all branches.
📌 Core Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene protocols, service quality, and facility upkeep.
- Drive operational efficiency and service consistency.
• Strategic Business Management
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Oversee P&L, forecast performance, and identify new opportunities for scalability.
• Financial Oversight
- Manage and optimize pricing strategies, inventory, and cost structures.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to drive profitability and performance.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and outlet-level efficiencies.
• People & Team Management
- Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of outlet managers, therapists, and front-line staff.
- Oversee workforce planning, shift scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
• Customer & Brand Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and consistent brand representation.
- Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and effectively.
- Oversee loyalty programs and client retention strategies.
• Marketing & Promotions
- Collaborate on and implement marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
- Strengthen digital presence through social media and brand partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.
• Reporting & Administration
- Deliver timely operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to senior management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between outlets and headquarters.
- Handle documentation, compliance, and internal audits.
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or a related field
- 8–15+ years of senior management experience in multi-unit operations, preferably within retail or beauty
- Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and team development
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Exceptional financial acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
- Experience in managing marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies
