Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage Club operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and sports knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing business performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring outstanding member service. Qualifications

  • Experienced professional in the hospitality industry with sound knowledge of F&B and Financial Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall Club business and team to deliver KPIs and budgets.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations deliver excellence.
  • Develop business through strong member relationships and new opportunities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Performance: Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets as directed by the President and the General Committee.
  2. People Management: Work with the HR sub-committee to take overall responsibility for developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results.
  3. Club budget and company’s objectives and KPIs.
  4. Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence.
  5. Member Service: Ensure the delivery of excellent member services
  6. Sales & Business Development: Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities.
  7. Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club.
Requirements
  1. Candidates must be experienced professionals in the hospitality industry with a sound knowledge of F&B and Financial Management. A background in Club Management and proven understanding of Member Owned Club dynamics will be highly desirable.
  2. Good leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent.
  3. Sports knowledge / experience is essential.
  4. Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges.
  5. Able to deliver real improvement - able to get things done, strong influencing skills.
  6. Good communication skills with all levels of the business.
  7. Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
  8. Clear, logical thinker. High standards, gets the basics right.
  9. Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity.
