Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure adherence to company SOPs across sites.
 - Build trusting relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
 - Monitor cleaning quality standards and client satisfaction.
 - Manage staff motivation and performance in compliance with policies.
 - Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations for efficiency.
 - Plan and allocate resources for cleaning activities.
 - Improve cleaning processes to reduce costs.
 - Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
 - Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are upheld.
 
- Developing, executing, and ensuring company SOPs are followed throughout assigned sites
 - Building open and trusting relationship with clients to achieve long term partnership and contractual renewal
 - Monitoring and upholding the cleaning and maintenance quality standards and operating procedures for all job sites and surpass the client’s expectations
 - Managing overall staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance according to the organisational, human resource and government manpower policies
 - Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
 - Plan and schedule cleaning activities, including manpower and equipment allocation.
 - Manage and optimize cleaning processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
 - Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
 - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
