We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Mandai Link site in Singapore. This role is a unique opportunity to shape operations, drive performance, and strengthen relationships with our valued customers and partners.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will take full accountability for site operations—ensuring that customer needs are met safely, efficiently, and profitably, while fostering a high-performance workplace culture. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Singapore, you will provide visible leadership across all operational, financial, and people dimensions.

You will:

• Lead site safety initiatives and act as a visible champion for Lineage’s “Safety First” culture.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Drive business performance through strong financial management, P&L accountability, and cost control.
• Build, develop, and inspire a diverse and high-performing team.
• Nurture strong customer, supplier, and regulatory relationships while representing Lineage externally.
• Translate future opportunities into breakthrough strategies, supporting growth and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a commercially astute and operationally strong leader with:

• Extensive senior leadership experience in a 3PL/4PL or cold chain logistics environment.
• A proven track record of managing large teams, budgets, and complex operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience in regulatory frameworks and safety management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and foster innovation.
• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
