General Insurance Manager (Property & Casualty)

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic General Insurance Manager specializing in Property & Casualty to lead client servicing, placement execution, and portfolio retention. This role demands a deep understanding of commercial insurance structures, contract risk analysis, and market negotiation to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client management and retention across property and casualty portfolios
  • Analyze clients’ business operations to recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Review and enhance existing insurance programs for coverage adequacy and cost efficiency
  • Advise clients on the structure, sufficiency, and gaps in their current insurance arrangements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
  • Review insurance requirements embedded in client contracts and advise on compliance
  • Draft insurance specifications and negotiate quotations with underwriters for placement
  • Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy placements with precision and timeliness
  • Oversee policy documentation, endorsements, and administrative accuracy
  • Maintain and update client databases and records for audit-readiness
  • Monitor premium collections and enforce credit control measures
