• General Failure Analysis Engineer
• Perform sample preparation (cross section, parallellapping, chemical decapsulation), use of ion miller, FIB and otherpreparation techniques;
• Perform failure analysis using various tools andinstruments such as SEM, EDX, 2D/3D X-ray;
• Communicate with customer for selecting properanalytical technique and data interpretation;
• Prepare analytical reports;
• Assistin new failure analysis techniques development;
• Perform routine instrument preventive maintenance andlaboratory housekeeping

Job Requirements

• At least Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering; Material Science Engineering; Science& Technology; with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply;
• Must be able to perform FA study individually and work well in teams;
• Maintain good 6S practice during daily operation;
• Experience in FA techniques including: Samplepreparation (cross section, parallel lapping, chemical decapsulation),X-Ray, SEM and FIB would be a bonus;
• Experience in Wafer Fab/Semiconductor/LED/Solar/HDDindustries would be useful;
• A team player who can be independent, hardworking witha persevering attitude.
