SPI GLOBAL CONTENT HOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Generative AI Technical Lead to drive end-to-end GenAI design and governance across the organization.

You will lead architecture, MLOps, and responsible AI initiatives, collaborating with business leaders and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in tech architecture and 3+ years in GenAI, with hands-on experience deploying LLMs, pipelines, and secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Architecture / Data / ML Engineering.
• 3+ years designing production-grade GenAI solutions.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Transformers, RAG, prompt engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, GCP (Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI).
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Strong knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data pipelines and modern data architectures.
• GDPR security/privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define GenAI architecture blueprints and tech standards.
• Design RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning.
• Hands-on development of production GenAI apps.
• Evaluate/select LLMs, vector DBs, orchestration frameworks.
• Architect integrations with CRM/ERP/HRIS/data platforms.
• Optimize performance, latency, and GPU/TPU costs.
• Implement Responsible AI governance (bias mitigation, XAI).
• Lead LLMOps – deployment, monitoring, CI/CD.
• Drive GenAI innovation roadmap and pilots.
• Act as GenAI SME for C-level stakeholders.
