Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is hiring a highly technical Software Engineer to strengthen AI security, compliance and quality assurance for an enterprise-grade GenAI and agent orchestration platform. You will design AI security assessments, implement Moonshot and Litmus testing, and support secure data handling across product teams.

The role combines hands-on security testing with architectural judgment, risk communication and collaboration with security, governance and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering or cybersecurity.
• Experience with AI security risks and assessment.
• Hands-on testing with automated frameworks and toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute AI security assessments for LLM, RAG, and agentic apps.
• Implement and operationalise Moonshot and Litmus testing.
• Develop representative test datasets and governance for test data handling.
• Translate policies into testable controls and support risk reviews.
• Integrate automated security tests into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Build and maintain automated functional, regression, API, and end-to-end tests.
