Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Security Consultant to lead a greenfield initiative focused on enterprise-scale AI security capabilities. You will design and implement AI guardrails across Generative AI and agentic AI solutions, collaborating with security, cloud, and platform teams to establish governance, controls, and secure architectures.

The role requires deep security expertise, hands-on AI security experience, and strong communication to drive secure AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cyber Security, Application Security, Cloud/Platform Security, or Secure Software Engineering.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in AI Security, GenAI Security, AI/ML Security, or AI App Security.
• Experience securing LLMs and AI-specific threats (prompt injection, data leakage, model poisoning).
• Hands-on with AI Guardrails, AI Red Teaming, Threat Modelling, AI Risk Assessments, Security Reviews.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions and MCP ecosystems.
• Exposure to major cloud AI platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with Java/Go/C#/C++ is good.
• Experience with APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI security guardrails for enterprise AI and Generative AI apps.
• Assess and mitigate AI-specific security risks and threats.
• Conduct AI security assessments, threat modelling, architecture reviews, and secure design reviews.
• Support deployment and security of AI platforms using cloud technologies and containers.
• Collaborate to establish AI governance frameworks, security standards, and ops processes.
• Evaluate and secure LLMs and AI-powered apps across development lifecycles.
• Integrate security controls into DevSecOps pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
• Produce architecture docs, security assessments, and technical designs.
• Partner with security, engineering, architecture, and business teams to drive secure AI adoption.
