Qualifications

• Academic degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields with data science experience.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and model deployment.
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS).
• Experience with diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured text data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to combine GenAI with quantitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate outputs into actionable investment insights.

Responsibilities

• Generate differentiated investment insights using data, analytics, and AI.
• Collaborate with deal teams across the investment lifecycle to shape theses and monitor portfolios.
• Build scalable analytics and AI tools usable across deals and portfolio companies.
• Prototype new analytical approaches and AI applications to test high‑impact use cases.
• Utilize alternative and proprietary data to enhance investment insights.
• Promote data‑driven investment culture among deal teams.
