Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. seeks a Analyst/ Associate GenAI Evaluator Specialist to enhance AI accuracy, curate knowledge bases, and assess AI responses for quality in a regional CSH unit. You will analyze customer interactions, implement safety scenarios, and update data sets while collaborating with product owners.

Training on banking products is provided, with standby support to serve calls and emails as needed. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer care, strong prompt engineering and data skills,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer care environment.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and data preprocessing.
• Analytical mindset to identify KPIs and Gen AI performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization and data-set maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of DBS products and services.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Generative AI accuracy by building and curating knowledge bases and evaluating responses.
• Analyze AI-generated outputs for quality and alignment with standards.
• Develop and implement safety scenarios to ensure ethical AI interactions.
• Maintain and refine data sets across platforms for model training.
• Update knowledge bases with latest product information and content.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify demand topics and insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to improve AI responses.
• Receive banking product knowledge training and provide standby support as needed.
