Job summary

AIM GLOBAL TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the GDP platform, bringing together modern search architecture and Generative AI at production scale.

You will provide technical leadership across an agile squad, mentor engineers, and champion responsible AI adoption. Requirements include 5–7+ years in web app development, deep hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in web app development and proven leadership of agile teams.
• Hands-on with Node.js, TypeScript, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD.
• Experience with search/AI systems, LLMs, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: Lead an agile, cross-functional engineering team and communicate technical vision.
• Architecture & design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems; balance performance, cost, reliability, and security.
• GenAI systems: Architect and deliver LLM-integrated systems, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• AI governance & observability: Establish guardrails, monitoring, data governance, and security considerations.
• Engineering excellence: Advocate TDD, pair programming, CI/CD, refactoring; lead DevOps adoption.
• Risk management: Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work with Product Owners, Analysts, UX Designers, and Delivery Managers.
• Mentorship: Coach engineers and promote ownership and continuous improvement.
