Job summary

Cloud is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge frontier AI products with production-grade deployments at customer sites. You will move from rapid prototypes to complex agentic workflows, tackling integration, data readiness, and state-management challenges to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Embedded with strategic accounts, you will provide white-glove deployment while feeding real-world insights back into Cloud’s product roadmap, leveraging Gemini models and Vertex AI for

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• :5 years of experience with software development using Python or similar coding languages.
• :Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., the company Cloud Platform (GCP)).
• :Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using both vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-like architectures to power enterprise AI solutions.
• :Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch for customers and leading technical discovery sessions with China-go-Global customers.
• :Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to conduct necessary business interaction with China-go-Global clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows that drive ROI.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between the company’s AI products and customer's live infrastructure, including APIs, data silos, and security perimeters.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points in the AI stack and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams to instill development best practices and ensure long-term project success.
