Job summary

Google Cloud is joining the global AI revolution as a Generative AI Forward Deployed Engineer. You will embed with customers to ship agentic AI solutions, bridging frontier AI products with production-grade reality and solving integration, data readiness, and state-management challenges.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with DeepMind and Vertex AI teams to deliver white-label deployments, drive customer success, and feed insights back into Google Cloud’s roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or computer science.
• 5 years of software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch for customers and leading technical discovery sessions with China-go-Global customers.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English with China-go-Global clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows for enterprise ROI.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google AI products and customer live infrastructure including APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
• Co-build with customer teams to ensure long-term project success and user adoption.
