Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge frontier AI products with production-grade reality at customer sites. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions inside client environments, addressing data readiness, state management, and integration challenges.

In this high-autonomy role, you’ll collaborate with DeepMind minds and leverage Gemini models and Vertex AI to solve real business problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows that drive measurable return on investment.
Architect and code the connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer's live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points in Google’s AI stack, converting them into reusable modules or feature requests for engineering teams.
Be able to co-build with customer engineering teams to instill Google-grade development best practices, translating technical concepts to Mandarin-speaking audiences.
