Job summary

Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers, turning frontier AI concepts into production-grade, operable solutions within client environments. You’ll bridge AI products with live infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable deployments and customer value.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, multi-agent workflows, and ongoing collaboration with customer teams to drive successful outcomes and enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers and leading technical discovery sessions.
• Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently for business interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points, turning them into reusable modules or product feature requests for Engineering teams.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams to instill Google-grade development practices and promote long-term adoption.
