Job summary

Google LLC is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Manager III, GenAI, Google Cloud to bridge frontier AI products with production environments. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke, scalable agentic solutions directly with our partners in the customer environment.

As a high-agency engineer with a founder's mindset, you will address integration challenges, data readiness, and state-management to achieve enterprise-grade AI maturity, embedding with strategic partners and shaping Google Cloud’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
2 years of experience managing a software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar technical customer-facing team.
Experience developing GenAI solutions using AI tools and designing multi-agent workflows and RAG systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the Google Cloud partner FDE organization to transition prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
Build evaluation pipelines and observability to ensure accuracy, safety, and latency.
Identify repeatable patterns and convert into reusable modules or feature requests for Engineering teams.
Co-build with a strategic AI partner’s Forward Deployed Engineering teams to ensure long-term success.
Help partners build their own agentic delivery capabilities focusing on ROI at customer engagements.
