Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Enterprise AI Architect in Singapore to set the technical foundations for an AI delivery practice, including reference architectures, ERP-to-AI integration, and governance standards. You will advise clients, shape AI roadmaps, lead multidisciplinary teams, and help win engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery on large client programmes.
• Evidence of GenAI and agentic architectures in the last 1-2 years.
• Substantial ML, data science, or data engineering foundations.
• Hands-on in enterprise ecosystems: SAP, Salesforce, UKG, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with frontier model APIs and cloud AI platforms (Azure/OpenAI, AWS, Google).
• Ability to advise senior client stakeholders and shape AI strategy.
• Degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• Authorized to work in Singapore (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Set reference architectures and delivery patterns for agentic AI and enterprise AI integration.
• Make build-versus-buy and hosted-versus-self-hosted decisions for regulated environments.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy, priorities, and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, set standards, and mentor consultants and developers.
• Shape and win engagements: scope, estimate, and present to clients.
• Govern AI responsibly: data residency, hallucination risk, security, and compliance.
• Stay ahead of the field by evaluating new tooling and model capabilities.
