Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is actively seeking a hands-on GCP Cloud Automation Engineer/SRE to build and enhance automation across our Google Cloud Platform environment. The role emphasizes platform automation, observability, reliability, and self-service enablement to scale cloud operations and reduce manual work.

You will develop automation for GCP operations, enable self-service onboarding, and automate deployment and monitoring workflows in a collaborative, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Strong Kubernetes/GKE administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Good understanding of cloud operations, incident management, and reliability practices.
