Qualifications

• Degree in a highly quantitative discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Portfolio or internships in data engineering, data quality, or cloud platforms encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automated data quality rules and tests in GCP.
• Build monitoring dashboards to detect data anomalies and schema drifts.
• Perform root-cause analysis using advanced SQL to trace incidents to sources.
• Assist in managing the GCP BigQuery environment and cost of data pipelines.
• Implement governance guardrails for data onboarding, transformation, and exception handling.
• Use GCP tools to orchestrate quality checks and remediate pipeline failures.
• Familiar with Data quality by design concepts and metadata/cataloging.
