Job description

Gaming Technical Writer - Operations Management (Up to $5.5k, Gaming Industry)

1 year contract (renewable / convertible)

Job Descriptions

• Keep a well-organized knowledge base for Gaming FAQs and information up to date (Slack pins, Notion/Confluence/etc.).
• Oversee project management and coordination for Game Studio evaluation and testing-related tasks.
• Assist with coordination of workflows, feedback loops, and escalation paths.
• Support miscellaneous operational tasks such as meeting notes, reports, and task tracking.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English (especially in simplifying technical topics) as candidate will be handling Chinese gaming servers.
• Proven ability to understand and translate tech terms into layman user-friendly content.
• Experience managing Slack or similar collaboration platforms.
• Background in Game Project Management is a plus.
