Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer to join a cross-disciplinary team focused on a GRC platform. You will help design and build scalable services that automate workflows and improve compliance processes with user-centric design.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, product owners and DevOps to deliver high-quality features, implement full-stack enterprise applications using Django and React, and leverage AWS to deploy reliable solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working on a long-term initiative to build and enhance a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The platform focuses on automating workflows and simplifying compliance processes through intuitive, user-centric design.

You will contribute to the design and development of modern, scalable systems that integrate compliance early into the development lifecycle, enabling faster, more secure delivery of applications. The work involves building reusable services, automating control checks, and continuously improving system reliability and performance.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product owners, and DevOps practitioners to deliver high-quality features and continuously raise engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable system architectures
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure system quality

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within an Agile environment

Requirements
