Job description

About the Role

The role involves improving existing screens and workflows, preparing wireframes, refining UX copy, documenting design decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

While a Design Lead is available for guidance and design reviews, they are not embedded in the project full-time, so you will need to manage day-to-day design decisions with some independence.

The person does not need to come in with all the answers, but should be able to understand the product, ask good questions, and support delivery in a practical way.

  • Work with product, engineering, business analysts, Design Lead, and agency stakeholders to clarify requirements, behaviours, constraints, and edge cases.

  • Support design reviews and implementation checks to ensure designs are clear, consistent, and practical to build.

  • Use AI tools responsibly and practically to support design exploration, prototyping, documentation, UX copy, and workflow understanding.

Requirement

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in UX design, product design, service design, interaction design, or related fi elds.

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

  • Good understanding of UX fundamentals, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.

  • Able to create clear wireframes, prototypes, user flows, UX copy, and design documentation.
