Job description

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX designers, engineers, and QA) to ensure designs are not only user-centered and high-quality but also technically feasible, advocating for UX best practices at every stage.
• Conduct usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Ensure design consistency across pages and flows, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability.
• Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders and solicit feedback for refinement.

Requirements

• 4+ of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and successful project outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability in information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design, encompassing a deep understanding of user flows, wireframing, and prototyping. Visual design skills are a plus, but not the primary focus.
• Ability to translate complex / ambiguous requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience conducting usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, where quick decision-making and adaptability are crucial.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
