Job summary

ING Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Controller to join the Finance team, focusing on Group Treasury and FX derivatives. You will ensure accurate P&L reporting, valuation controls, and balance sheet substantiation while partnering with Front Office, Market Risk, and Operations.

You''ll drive process improvements, support system implementations and regulatory projects, and contribute to regional and global reporting, within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Product Control or related finance roles in banking.
• Understanding of Treasury, FX, and derivatives.
• Strong P&L production, valuation and controls.
• Experience with reconciliations, IPV and reserves.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily P&L reporting production and validation.
• Explain P&L movements to senior stakeholders.
• Review trade activity for pricing, valuation, and cash flow issues.
• Identify and resolve P&L and position discrepancies.
• Support regional Product Control consolidation.
• Assist month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare materials for Local Parameter Committees.
• Support quarter-end fair value hierarchy reporting.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Market Risk, Operations, Finance and IT.
• Contribute to system rollouts and process improvements.
