Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for leading the Sourcing team under Corporate Real Estate Services to deliver business results by developing procurement strategies and negotiate with key vendors in order to acquire the most cost‑effective deals. Candidate will provide long‑term strategy for the management and execution of contracts by engaging with stakeholders. The role will include benchmark, identify, propose and implement new approaches and solutions to improve the management processes covering the areas of supplier performance, supplier relationship management and supplier risk management for contracts. Additionally, candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting innovation within the organization.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution and/or Certified Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS); PMP will be an advantage.

  • Minimum 15 years professional work experience, of which 10 years in Procurement in business transformation, operational excellence, procurement operations and governance, vendor and/or contract management.

  • Corporate Real Estate experience would be essential such as in facilities management, data centre, 'smart' building, office & branch security, fit‑out and refurbishments, general services and sustainability procurement.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities and experience in managing cross‑functional teams.

  • Strategic thought leadership and proven ability to analyze cost and benchmark pricing.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
