About the Programme

HSBC is recruiting graduates for our Global Graduate Programme (GGP) in Singapore. The programme offers structured development through on-the-job learning, formal training, and exposure across teams, building a strong foundation for a long-term career at HSBC.

What you’ll do

• Complete a structured development journey (training, coaching/mentoring, and learning assignments)
• Contribute to day-to-day activities and projects to deliver customer and business outcomes
• Analyze information and data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas

• Work with stakeholders across teams and manage deliverables to agreed timelines
• Operate in line with HSBC’s risk management, compliance, and control standards, escalating issues when required
