Job summary

GoGoVan is seeking helpers for installation jobs to provide quality customer service at customer sites. You will assist with loading/unloading, ensure clean delivery areas, and handle furniture assembly per manufacturer instructions.

You will also perform wall mounting when required and work closely with drivers/delivery attendants. Weekend and public holiday shifts apply; a driver license is a bonus and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to carry up to 30kg.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality customer service for all installation jobs.
• Assist with loading and unloading of boxes.
• Ensure cleanliness of customer location and delivery vehicle.
• Perform furniture assembly and installation per manufacturer instructions.
• Assemble furniture according to safety standards.
• Wall mounting and wall drilling for select furniture.
• Work as a team with driver and/or delivery attendant.
• Lorry driving experience with license will be a bonus.
