Job summary

Soitec Group in Singapore is looking for a Process Engineer with a degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Requirements & qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience as process engineer, process owner, process integration engineer
• Hands‑on experience in handling 300mm vertical furnaces especially TEL/KE platforms
• Foundational knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process flows
• Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)/Reaction Mechanism (RM), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC)
• Strong critical thinking and data analytical skills to solve complex engineering problems
• Proficiency in SiView, Klarity, JMP and E3 is an added advantage.
