Funeral Service Industry | up to 6 days work

  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Coordinate Funeral Operations – Support transfer, sending, and funeral arrangements to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage Staff Scheduling and Resources – Prepare monthly schedules for ground staff and oversee petty cash and vehicle‑related matters.
  • Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Supervise Customer Service Activities – Oversee the Customer Service Team, including phone support and management of funeral parlours.
  • Support Operations and HR Functions – Ensure company policies are communicated to the Operations Team and assist HR with recruitment efforts.
  • Perform Administrative and Ad‑Hoc Duties – Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support overall business and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • At least 2‑4 years of management experience
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
