We are looking for a Fundraising Executive to assist in fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships for the Home. This position will report to the Assistant Manager of Fundraising and Volunteer Management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
  • Process donation and fundraising project requests by external parties
  • Manage fundraising micro-site and donation platforms such as Giving.sg
  • Build and strengthen relations with existing portfolio of donors and volunteers, and reach out to prospective donors and corporate partners
  • Other administrative duties such as maintaining stakeholders’ database, facilities naming records, process grants applications, and prepare reports for regular management updates
  • Provide secretariat support during projects/ committee meetings
  • Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with at least three years of relevant experience in fundraising or events management
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple timelines effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, while being a strong team player
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Willingness to work on some weekends, after office hours, and public holidays to support organisational events
