A dynamic investment firm based in Singapore is seeking a proactive Fundraising Assistant to support capital-raising and investor relations activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fundraising Assistant to support the company’s capital-raising, investor relations, and partnership development activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment, venture capital, or financial advisory, with strong research and communication skills. This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Director of IR & CA.
Assist in preparing fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investor teasers, due diligence data packs, and financial summaries.
Support investor outreach and communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing follow-up materials, and maintaining investor CRM databases.
Conduct market research and benchmarking on comparable transactions, valuation trends, and potential investment partners.
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, and business units) to collect and update documents required for fundraising and due diligence.
Assist in organizing investor roadshows, conferences, and online meetings.
Prepare minutes, summaries, and reports for internal and external meetings.
Track investor feedback, maintain contact lists, and assist in post-investment relationship management.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data management policies during investor communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate finance.
Strong English communication and writing skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage (for liaising with Chinese-speaking investors).
Familiar with capital market documents and investor communication etiquette.
Strong analytical and coordination skills; high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Self-driven, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Exposure to high-level capital market transactions and cross-border investor relations.
