Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Banking Operations Officer to manage loan quotations and documentations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in banking operations, particularly in loan documentation, along with good interpersonal skills. • Experience in loan documentation for 3-4 years with knowledge on KYC requirements.
• Team player with interpersonal skills.
• Advantageous to have experience in Ship Finance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Quote loan/Fixed deposit interest to clients as a funding officer.
• Update deal records on Excel.
• Assist clients with banking forms.
• Coordinate execution of agreement time-line.
• Conduct KYC diligence on customer particulars.
• Interpret facility agreements in syndicated loans.
