  • Hands-on experience in US Stocks (Equities, Futures, Options, or Exchange) settlement and reconciliation.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin required to liaise with stakeholders in HQ, China.

Our client, a fast-growing quantitative hedge fund, is expanding its operations in Singapore. The role will be part of the Fund Operations team responsible for daily fund operations including investor subscriptions/redemptions, US equities settlement and reconciliation, NAV review, audit support, and coordination with fund administrators and brokers.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-12 years' experience in hedge fund or asset management operations.
  • Team lead / manegerial experience
  • Hands on experience in US Stocks (Equities, Futures, Options, or Exchange) settlement and reconciliation.
  • Experienced using US Stock settlement systems such as DTCC and Omgeo CTM.
  • Familiar with NAV reports and Fund Accounting
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin required to liaise with stakeholders in HQ, China.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
