A leading investment firm in Singapore is seeking a professional with 3–5 years of asset management experience. You will manage fund onboarding processes, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and liaise with fund administrators and custodians. Qualifications

- Currently appointed as an LFMC Representative by MAS.

Responsibilities
- Manage fund onboarding processes and documentation.
- Liaise with fund administrators and custodians.
- Execute daily trade settlement and fund accounting.
- Assist with KYC/AML documentation for investors.
- Coordinate investor communications and maintain data confidentiality.
- Contribute to investment research and operational materials.
- Work closely with portfolio managers to provide high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fund onboarding processes, including fund structure design, documentation, coordination with service providers, and operational readiness.
- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure operational readiness for fund launch.
- Execute daily trade settlement, NAV calculation, reconciliation, and fund accounting coordination including management fees, performance fees and fund expenses.
- Assist onboarding of investors, ensuring KYC/AML documentation complies with MAS guidelines.
- Coordinate investor communications, including investor reports, internal records, and operational documentation, while maintaining high standards of data confidentiality and investor servicing.
- Contribute to ad-hoc research and preparation of materials for investment and operations.
- Work closely with portfolio managers to ensure accurate investment and to provide a high level of service to clients.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset management or portfolio management.
- Currently appointed as an LFMC Representative by MAS.
- Strong understanding of MAS regulations, the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), and related regulatory frameworks.
- Experience liaising with administrators, custodians, auditors, and compliance advisors. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under problem-solving conditions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or equivalent are preferred.
