You will rotate through phases, from orientation to attachment and a project, gaining practical exposure to investment processes and compliance. You will learn to onboard investors, assist with risk assessments, perform due diligence, research, financial analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student, minimum year 2, pursuing a degree at a recognized university.
• Must be a full-time student from NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, SUSS, or SUTD.
• Study areas include Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of investors and investor relationship management.
• Assist with risk management assessments and internal audits.
• Update and develop company Compliance Manual, SOPs.
• Proposal, minute and report writing.
• Investment due diligence, research, financial analysis, modelling, stakeholder/scenario analysis.
• Project assignment and presentation of findings.
• Arrange and conduct meetings.
• Adhoc tasks as assigned by mentor.
