Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Fund Management Associate to conduct fund management activities and support operations for a venture capital firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of full-set accounts experience. Competitive salary range from $4,500 to $6,800 is offered.

Position Title

Fund Management Associate

Location

Walking distance from Fort Canning MRT (Downtown Line)

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct fund management activities in relation to the VCC and manage the investments and operations of the VCC in accordance with fund management activities.
  • Undertake such other duties in relation to the VCC.
  • Manage investment mandates authorized by clients based on client investment objectives and risk preferences.
  • Implement investment strategies within an established investment risk management framework stipulated in the Investment Guidelines and evaluate the risks and performance of client portfolios.
  • Provide analytical support by analyzing portfolios, enhancing and developing research tools, procedures and practices.
  • Support middle office operations and accounting system.
  • Other ad‑hoc research tasks/projects as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI Higher Accounting equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of handling full set accounts experience.
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous & resourceful.
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Able to plan, analyze and solve problems, conscientious and accurate.
Salary range

$4,500-$6,800 basic
