Qualifications

• Must be a qualified accountant.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP is required.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with the Yardi system is preferred.
• Experience in corporate real estate debt or fund management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to third-party providers.
• Prepare and review financial transactions at the entity holding level.
• Ensure finance information is maintained under relevant GAAP.
• Manage year-end audits and prepare budgets.
• Liaise with internal teams on banking and treasury issues.
