Job summary

GOLDEN LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a horticulture supervisor to liaise with stakeholders, oversee site maintenance under Town Council, ensure NParks standards are met, and coordinate ISO audits.

You will manage contractor and client communications, prepare risk and method statements, and drive timely delivery of materials. The role requires coordinating with Town Council, handling site meetings, and advising clients on tree care across diverse species, while ensuring compliance

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on horticulture matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and meet client satisfaction
• Attend feedback pertaining to horticultural works
• Coordinate horticulture plans and schedules with Town Council
• In-charge of horticultural maintenance of landscape under Town Council
• Liaise with Town Council to arrange complaints and resolve issues
• Identify diseases, pests and infestations affecting tree health
• Assess plants, trees and materials to be delivered as per drawings
• Attend site meetings with clients and report to management
• Advise clients on proper care of various tree species
• Address site issues and ensure problems are settled with clients
• Follow NParks standards and implement accordingly
• Provide required project documents such as Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, Method Statements, Work Schedules and other documents
• Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks for workers
• Coordinate delivery of ordered items with operations team
• Manage NParks contracts and site operations
• Manage PUB contracts and site operations
• Coordinate annual ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audit preparations for assigned sites

Job description

• Coordinate horticulture plans and schedules with Town Council;
• In-charge of horticultural maintenance of landscape under Town Council;
• Liaise with Town Council for arranging complains and sort out the issue;
• Identify diseases, pests and insect infestations that affect the health of trees;
• Assess all the plants, trees and materials to be delivered in the site as per drawing;
• Attend site meeting with the clients and reporting to the management regarding the meeting;
• Advise clients on proper care of various types and species of trees;
• Responsible for all site issues and ensure the problems are settle properly with the clients;
• Follow NParks standards and execute for implementation;
• Provide all the documents needed in the projects such as Risk Assessment, Safe Work; Procedure, Method of Statement, Work Schedules and other required documents in site;
• Responsible to conduct site briefing and tools box meeting to the workers;
• Liaise with operation team for the delivery of ordered items.
• Manage and oversee various NParks contracts and site operations.
• Manage and oversee various PUB contracts and site operations.
• Coordinate annual ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audit preparations for assigned sites.
