Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a functional business analyst to work on datamart and customer relationship manager systems. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Qualifications
- Strong experience in financial and banking industry.
 - Understanding of wholesale banking domain knowledge.
 - Experience in corporate credit origination or similar areas.
 
Responsibilities
- Work as a functional business analyst with the project team.
 - Liaise with stakeholders to clarify, define, and document requirements.
 - Define solutions to address business needs.
 
Skills
 Experience in financial and banking industry
 Knowledge of wholesale banking domain
 Understanding of customer onboarding & servicing
 Experience in SDLC
 Basic technical skills (web application, API, database, SQL)
Responsibilities
- Work as a functional business analyst with the project team for datamart and customer relationship manager systems
 
- Liaise with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define and document the requirements (functional & non-functional) and streamline the processes
 
- Define and/or propose sound solution to address business needs
 
- Review functional specification and ensure alignment with business requirements
 
- Review UAT test cases and participate in UAT
 
- Follow the bank's process and procedure to deliver quality artifacts and meet key milestones within expected project timeline
 
Requirements
- Strong years of experience in financial and banking industry
 
- Understand wholesale banking domain knowledge and products such as customer onboarding & servicing, loan and trade; knowing the business workflow is a plus
 
- Experience in corporate credit origination or similar areas
 
- Experience in SDLC and possess basic technical skills, such as web application, API, database, SQL, data visualization, and reporting
