Job summary

Job Description:
Functional Analysis
  • Work with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support solution design by liaising between business users and technical teams.
  • Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements or solutions.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and use cases.
Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements.
  • Conduct various types of testing: system, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression.
  • Manage defect lifecycle: raise, track, and retest fixes.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with users to facilitate UAT and obtain sign-offs.
Project Delivery & Support
  • Assist in deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Provide input for effort estimation and timeline planning.
  • Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
Requirements
