Job description

The Fullstack Platform Developer plays a key role in the successful delivery of Cloudwise projects by driving hands-on implementation during the build phase and supporting activities through the UAT cycle. The role is responsible for developing and configuring platform features to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while also providing occasional technical clarifications to assist Business Analysts.

This is an execution-focused role that requires strong coding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions. The developer ensures that platform implementations are delivered on time, with high quality, and in line with client expectations.

Development & Implementation

• Build and configure platform features during the project’s build phase using React (frontend) and Java (backend).
• Ensure solutions are developed according to specifications, coding standards, and project timelines.

UAT Support

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with QA and Business Analysts to validate fixes and ensure smooth handover.

Integration & Configuration

• Implement REST APIs and backend services to support platform functionality.
• Configure and adapt platform components to meet business requirements without requiring architectural design.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts to provide technical clarifications and input where required.
• Partner with Project Managers, QA, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Quality & Standards

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing to maintain consistency and quality across the team.

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integration, and backend services.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality code under project timelines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with enterprise platform implementations or SaaS delivery.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of UAT processes and supporting end‑user testing cycles.
