Responsibilities
- Architect efficient, scalable, and reusable systems for complex web applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates’ capabilities.
- Build clean, user‑centric interfaces using Vue 3 and other modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop backend services using AWS technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, and AppSync.
- Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs to support high‑performance applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of SaaS solutions into existing systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices (testing, version control, design patterns, etc.).
- Manage and deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to define project goals, technical strategies, and delivery timelines.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on ongoing and future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of commercial experience in full‑stack web development, with proven delivery of scalable applications.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience working with TypeScript in production.
- Prior experience leading a software development team.
- Strong proficiency in Vue 3 (preferred) or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong experience designing and implementing SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, and AppSync.
- Experience using IaC tools like AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Solid experience in GraphQL and REST API design and development.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern frontend best practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or similar.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Familiarity with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, anime.js).
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Personal GitHub portfolio showcasing side projects or open‑source contributions.
