Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Engineer in Singapore. Start ASAP for a 12-month engagement.

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, building scalable backend services with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices. The role also involves crafting responsive UIs with HTML5/CSS3/JS and modern front-end frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on Java experience.
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS or VueJS.
• Working knowledge of Python for development, automation, scripting, or integrations.
• Experience with Git and source control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

• Proactively communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
