Job summary

Vinova is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Consultant) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain systems leveraging AI-assisted development practices to boost productivity, quality, and speed. You will build and maintain both frontend and backend components, including web UIs, APIs, business logic, scripts, and data interfaces, while ensuring scalability and robust performance.

You will participate in design discussions, support UAT and go-live, and manage code repositories with GitHub or Azure

Qualifications

• Full Stack Engineer experience required.
• Achieved at least 75% on TP's online technical competency test.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• .NET and C# experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Frontend frameworks: React or Angular.
• Experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Visual Studio Code.

Responsibilities

• The objective is to augment the team with a Full Stack Engineer (Consultant) to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of systems through leveraging AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.
• Which involves developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components, including:
• Web applications (UI/UX, responsive design)
• Backend services (APIs, business logic, interface via scripts, SFTP)
• Database integration
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical implementation planning.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed solutions.
• Support UAT preparation and environment configuration, including parameter setup and data validation.
• Perform system validation, smoke testing, and defect resolution during go-live.
• Provide post-deployment stabilisation support.
• Manage source code repositories (e.g., GitHub/Azure DevOps), including:Branching strategy (DEV/UAT/PRD)Code versioning and release control
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and audit requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation.
• Support knowledge transfer and documentation of technical artefacts.
