Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Software Engineer to join the AI OSS Ecosystem Team in Singapore. You will build and maintain open-source AI/ML platforms to train, deploy, and monitor models and GenAI agents at scale, while collaborating with the global AI/ML community.

You will contribute to open-source projects, integrate with leading AI frameworks, and help advance AIOps capabilities across industries. Mentorship and technical leadership are part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years building production systems in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling and open-source projects.

Responsibilities

• Design platform capabilities for AI/ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Build integrations with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with open-source communities to advance AIOps capabilities.
• Ensure access to latest AI/ML tooling for customers.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
