Qualifications

• 200-hour minimum teacher training; 500-hour preferred.
• Proven experience teaching multiple yoga styles.
• Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and breathing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and approachable demeanor with inclusive classroom presence.
