Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for a part-time F&B role. You will greet customers, take orders, serve, and manage cashier duties while promoting menu items. Training is provided, with multiple shifts across West/Central/East and a 5.5-day work week.

This position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliable attendance. Participation in daily opening/closing duties is required and the pace is customer-facing and friendly.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or above
• 0–2 years in F&B preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and attend to needs in a pleasant manner.
• Serve, take orders and clear tables.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell menu items.
• Handle cashier duties and operate POS system.
• Assist with opening/closing restaurant operations.
• Manage assigned tables confidently and handle ad-hoc duties.

Job Scope

• Greet customers.
