Overview

Job Title: Full-Time Service Crew (Front of House)
Company/Outlet: Thirsty Neko / MNC / Kopi Social (managed by GV Foods)
Location: 60 Tessensohn Rd, Singapore 217664 (Civil Service Club @ Tessensohn)
Nearest MRT: Farrer Park (NE8), Exit B (~7–10 min walk)

Salary: $2,200–$2,500 per month (based on experience) & staff perks
Work Week: 6 days • Rotating shifts (includes weekends & Public Holidays)
Start: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests with warmth and professionalism

• Present menu, take orders, and handle POS payments accurately

• Recommend popular items and support upselling where appropriate

• Serve food & beverages promptly; maintain service standards

• Clear/reset tables and uphold dining area cleanliness & hygiene

• Support simple event setups (KTV lounge / rooftop / BBQ) when scheduled

• Handle basic feedback and escalate to the Manager on Duty where required

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
