🗺️ The Opportunity & Location

You will join us as a Full-Time Primary Math Teacher/Tutor primarily based at our tuition centre in the East (Marine Parade) or Central (Novena), with the flexibility to support our other branches as required.

📚 Your Role & Key Responsibilities (The Teaching Associate)

Your primary focus is to deliver exceptional student outcomes and contribute to our academic excellence.

• Curriculum Delivery: Execute the Formative Minds’ curriculum with fidelity (approximately 10 to 12 classes lessons per week, 2 hours per class).
• Data-Driven Feedback: Record students’ quiz results and utilise our proprietary data-analytics platform to monitor and analyse class and students' learning performance.
• Student & Parent Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
• Curriculum Contribution: Provide support and ideas towards the improvement, planning, and development of our curriculum.
• Administrative Excellence: Perform necessary administrative tasks, provide coverage for peers, and contribute actively in team meetings.
• Work Schedule: This is a 5-day work week role, with a work schedule that requires teaching on at least one weekend day.
